Sawyer’s September 1962 View-Master Product Order Form

This Sawyer’s View-Master Product Order Form with red, black, and white printing  is a 12-panel fold-out that lists all the reels available at the time (both singles and 3-reel packets), as well as the new Mark II Stereo Color Camera and its Ever-Ready Case and Film Cutter, the Stereo-Matic 500 Projector and its Carrying Case, Polaroid Stereo Viewing Glasses, Reel Mounts, Pana-Vue 2x2 Color Slides, Model G, Model F, and Model D viewers, Transformer and Cord, Library Box, Standard Projector, Deluxe Projector and its Lamp, Screenette, View-Master Album, and 300-watt Deluxe Projector. Order form folds into an 8" x 3-5/8" envelope, complete with fold-over envelope flap, that’s pre-addressed to Sawyer’s at “Portland 7, Oregon,” obviously before the advent of zip codes! Small print at the bottom says this is “Ad Lit 1A 9-62,” implying that this mailer was probably produced in September of 1962. We have two of these vintage mailers and price is for each. Both are in outstanding condition with no rips or tears, and only the slightest discoloration at some of the folds! Tell a friend.

Sawyer’s March 1965 Nations of the World Order Form

This full-color Sawyer’s Nations of the World Order Form is a 12-panel fold-out devoted to View-Master’s Nations of the World series of 3-reel packets and the Deluxe 3-volume library that neatly holds all 30 packets. Additional panels feature the Deluxe Lighted Focusing Stereo Viewer, Transformer and Cord, Lighted Stereo Viewer, and Standard Stereo Viewer, 300-watt Deluxe Projector, 100-watt Deluxe Projector, and 30-watt Standard Projector, as well as the set of 29 Nations of the World Travelog Packets containing not only a 3-reel set for each country, but also a guided tour booklet and authentic coin and postage stamp (where permitted) for that country. Order form folds into a 7-3/8" x 3-7/8" envelope, complete with fold-over envelope flap. Small print at the bottom says this is “Ad Lit NW1, 3-65,” implying that this mailer was probably produced in March of 1965. We have five of these vintage mailers and price is for each. All are in outstanding condition with no rips or tears, and only minor discoloration at some of the edges and folds! Tell a friend.

Additional panels devoted to The Nations of the World series, Classic Fairy Tales series, and 3-reel sets of Science, Art, History, Cartoon and TV Characters, Christmas and religious stories, and U.S. and International Scenic Travel Tours. Order form folds into an 7-3/8" x 3-3/4" envelope, complete with fold-over envelope flap. Small print at the bottom says this is “Ad Lit 1A 10-65,” implying that this mailer was probably produced in October of 1965. We have two of these vintage mailers and price is for each. Also has panels devoted to the National Parks series, Classic Fairy Tales series, Nations of the World series, Famous Cities of the World Series, and The Seven Wonders of the World 3-reel set. Order Form folds into an 8" x 3-5/8" envelope, complete with fold-over envelope flap! We have four of these ingenious mailers and price is for each. This full-color Sawyer’s View-Master Product Order Form is similar to the one listed immediately above, but is different and presumably produced later in time. It, too, is a 16-panel fold-out mailer that lists all the reels available at the time (both singles and 3-reel packets), as well as the Mark II Stereo Camera, 300-watt Deluxe Projector, 100-watt Deluxe Projector, 30-watt Standard Projector, Standard Stereo Viewer, Lighted Stereo Viewer, Focusing Stereo Viewer, Library Chest, Reel Album, Transformer and Cord, Screenette, Replacement Lamp for Lighted Viewer, and Replacement Lamps for Projectors. Also has panels devoted to the National Parks series, Classic Fairy Tales series, Nations of the World series, The Seven Wonders of the World 3-reel set, Famous Cities of the World series, and the New York World’s Fair that was held in 1965-1966. Since Sawyer’s was acquired by GAF in 1966, this Product Order Form is undoubtedly the last one produced by Sawyer’s. Order form folds into an 8" x 3-5/8" envelope, complete with fold-over envelope flap! We have four of these ingenious mailers and price is for each.
