Swan perfume bottle
 This beautiful vintage clear glass perfume bottle features swan handles and a tall elegant stopper. The round bottle is 2" tall, rising to 5-1/4" when stoppered, 1-3/4" in diameter at its widest point, and 1" in diameter at its base. Measures 2-1/2" across from swan to swan. The 3-3/4" stopper has a ground bottom where it fits into the bottle. Unmarked as to manufacturer. Both the bottle and the stopper are in perfect condition with no nicks, chips, or cracks, and only slight roughness around the bottom edge of the stopper. (Click on picture for more images.) Cambridge amber glass perfume bottle
 This 5" tall Art Deco perfume bottle is made of clear deep amber depression glass. It was produced by the Cambridge Glass Co. during the 1930's and was known as #198. Looking very much like a Greek urn, the bottle features a 1-3/8" diameter wide-lipped mouth, four incised bands around its 1-1/2" diameter shoulder, and seven incised bands around its bottom where it attaches to the 1-3/4" diameter fully banded pedestal base. The faceted stopper is 1-1/2" in diameter at its top and features a ground bottom where it fits into the bottle. We have two of these lovely old perfume bottles and price is for each. Both are in great condition with no nicks, chips, or cracks, although the dauber has broken off of both stoppers. (Click on picture for more images.) Tell a friend.

Irice swirled black onyx & crystal perfume bottle
 Of all the perfume bottles we have here at the Trading Post, this is without a doubt my favorite! It’s absolutely elegant and just begs to be held! The matte finished black onyx swirl glass bottle is 2-1/2" in diameter x 3" tall, rising to 4-3/4" tall when topped with its 1-1/2" diameter clear swirl glass stopper. Bottle’s 1-1/2" diameter base contains a concave flower petal design. Bottle carries its original blue and silver sticker identifying it as an Irice Import made in Japan for I.W. Rice & Co., Inc.
I. W. Rice & Co. was founded in 1905 as an importer of perfume bottles and other vanity items, as well as vases, salt and pepper shakers, crystal accessories, and table crystal gifts. With Irving W. Rice as president and Lou D. Bloom as sales manager, the company quickly prospered, importing items from all over the world and selling them under the name of “Irice imports.” During the 1930's they specialized in Czechoslovakian crystal, switched to American manufacturers such as Imperial Glass during WWII, and went back to importing after the war, first from West Germany and later from Japan. Still in business today, most contemporary Irice imports come from Taiwan.
We have two of these exquisite perfume bottles and price is for each. Never used, they come in their original packing box and wrapping paper and are in perfect condition with no nicks, chips, cracks, or scratches. Irice Art Nouveau black onyx atomizer
 This elegant Irice Art Nouveau perfume bottle is 3-1/2" x 2" and stands 4" tall to the top of its goldtone cap. Soft matte finished black onyx bottle is designed to look like the beautifully draped neckline of a lady’s dress, fastened at one shoulder with a closure and smaller drape. Goldtone cap attaches to a fabric-covered tube and atomizer bulb with a long black fringed tassel. Squeezing the bulb produces a puff of lovely-scented air from the perfume that once filled this now empty bottle. Unmarked 1-1/2" x 1" oval base.  This beautiful Irice Art Deco perfume bottle is 2-1/2" x 1-3/4" and stands 4-1/2" tall to the top of its chevron-style stopper. Bottle has four wraparound stepped flares on each side of a faceted center panel. Both the bottle and stopper are in Irice’s famous matte finished black onyx.  This delightful Irice black onyx perfume is 2" in diameter at its widest point and stands 4" tall to the top of its unique stopper designed to look like a perched bird. Irice emerald cut glass perfume bottle
 Here is another beautiful Irice Art Deco perfume bottle, this one in emerald green cut glass. 1-5/8" x 1-5/8" square bottle stands 3-7/8" tall to the top of its tall inverted pyramid stopper with ground glass bottom. All edges of both the bottle and the stopper are mitered. Bottle caries its original Irice silver and blue label, plus an additional label saying “Hand Cut.” Perfect condition with no nicks, chips, cracks, or scratches. (Click on picture for more images.) Set of 3 Irice frosted floral perfume bottles
 This is a set of three lovely Irice perfume bottles that probably date to the late 1970's or early 1980's. Made of faceted frosted glass, each bottle’s front panel features a hand-painted floral in shades of pink, red, purple, yellow, blue, brown, and green. Matching back panels are undecorated. Bottles are approximately 2-1/4" across at their widest points x 1-1/4" deep x 2-1/2" tall, rising to 4-1/2" tall when lidded with their tall elegant stoppers that are also of faceted frosted glass. Bases are 1" in diameter and feature a flower petal design. Never used, each bottle retains its original blue and silver sticker identifying it as an Irice Import made in Japan for I.W. Rice & Co., Inc. Pristine condition with no nicks, chips, cracks, or scratches and no paint loss. A beautiful set of perfume bottles to enhance any lady’s boudoir. (Click on picture for more images.) Faceted perfume bottle
 This is a 3-3/4" tall deeply faceted clear pattern glass perfume bottle with tall gold tone cap and white plastic screw-on spray pump. The round bottle, which is 2-1/4" across at its widest point, has an overall pattern of offset faceted squares and triangles that catch the light like a prism. The 1-1/4" diameter base is unmarked. Excellent condition, with no nicks, chips, or cracks. The bottle is approximately 1/3 full and apparently has been so for a number of years. Swirl glass perfume bottle
 This lovely heavy swirl glass perfume bottle measures 3" in diameter at its widest point, has an unmarked 1-1/2" diameter base, and stands 5" tall to the top of its clear glass ball stopper. The bottle is in perfect condition, with no nicks, chips, or cracks, but there is some chipping around the stopper’s ground glass bottom. (Click on picture for more images.) Tell a friend.

Frosted flowers display bottle with pump
 This is an absolutely beautiful 3-3/4" tall satin frosted glass perfume bottle with gold tone shoulder cap and pump spray. The bottle’s upper half has a raised floral and scroll design, its 3-1/4" diameter center is beaded, and its bottom half has a long raised tapering arched panel underneath each bead. Apparently this was a store display/sample bottle because inside the 1-3/4" diameter base ring is a label that says “Made in Japan - Not for sale.” There’s an embossed mark under the label, but it’s impossible to make out without removing the label. I’m wondering if this might be an Irice import bottle since I know their fragrances often came in frosted floral bottles. The gold tone cap has a beaded edge around its shoulder, and the spray pump works perfectly, despite the fact that the bottle has remained 1/4 full for who knows how long. Still smells great, though! Everything is in perfect condition: no nicks, chips, or cracks in the bottle, and no dings or discoloration on the gold tone cap and pump spray. There is a small depression on each side of the cap indicating that it might once have had a lid, but if so, it’s long since lost. (Click on picture for more images.) Tell a friend.

Max Factor Aquarius bunny pendant
 This 1-1/4" x 1-1/8" silvertone metal bunny locket is filled with Max Factor’s Aquarius creme perfume and comes in its original 3-3/4" x 4-1/2" x 1-1/4" tall gift box. Aquarius was a fragrance produced by Max Factor in the late 1960's, which, if you remember, was the “Age of Aquarius” according to The Fifth Dimension, a singing group of the time who had a platinum record by that name which also won a 1970 Grammy. Actually, the song came from the wildly popular musical “Hair.” Never used, the bunny locket is still full of solid perfume that smells delightful. The pendant is attached to a silvertone chain for wearing as a necklace. This is a really neat “blast from the past” item suitable for gift-giving to a special lady.
