The front depicts the Churchill Downs steeples, a race horse and rider, and a single red rose, and says “Kentucky Derby”, “May 5, 1990", “116", and “Churchill Downs, Louisville, Kentucky.” Back lists all the Kentucky Derby winners from 1875-1989, with Triple Crown winners marked with a crown and fillies marked with what appears to be a flower.
