Spice of Life Electromatic skillet
 This vintage Spice of Life Electromatic skillet consists of three pieces: an electric “hotplate” base unit and a large lidded Spice of Life flat-bottomed skillet. The base unit measures 15" across and 3-3/8" high at its large handles, with an electrical box on one side with attached cord. Knob dial lets you choose heat from 200-425 degrees and a guide on the box lists the temperature settings for warm, simmer, low, medium, and high, as well as the temperatures required for various foods. On-off light next to the dial lets you know when the unit is on. Handle units also have feet to keep the hotplate safely above the counter or buffet table and allow air to circulate underneath. Pyroceram top and sides, with metal bottom plate to completely enclose the cooking unit. Metal bottom plate on the electrical box says “Corning Ware Electric Skillet Model P-12-ES-N, 120 V, 1400 W, A-C Only, Do not immerse in water, Caution: Use with wall, base or range receptacle only” and carries the UL mark. Large flat-bottomed Spice of Life skillet stands 2-1/8" tall, rising to 4-3/4" tall when lidded with its heavy domed glass lid with large knob handle, and measures 10-3/8" x 12" across at its wide lug handles. Colorful vegetable medley front and back, underneath which is “La Romarin.” Underside of one handle is stamped “A-22-B.” The Electromatic skillet was produced by Corning Ware from 1961-1976. Great for the buffet table or as an extra counter-top “burner,” especially in the summer when you don’t want to add additional heat to the kitchen by using the range. All three pieces are in great vintage condition with no nicks, chips, cracks, or any damage to the electrical unit or cord. (Click on picture for more images.) Tell a friend.

Spice of Life 10” lidded skillet
 This Spice of Life 10" skillet stands 2" tall and measures 12" across at its lug handles. Colorful vegetable medley on front and back sides, underneath which is “Le Romarin.” Bottom is marked “A-10, 9-3/4 x 9-3/4, Corning Ware, For range and microwave, U.S.A.” When lidded, the two pieces stand 5-1/2" tall. Heavy domed glass lid is marked on three sides of its lip: A12C, Pyrex, and 33B respectively. Both the skillet and the lid are in excellent condition with no nicks, chips, cracks, or scratches. Spice of Life 1.4 ltr lidded casserole
 This is a 1.4 liter lidded casserole in Corning Ware’s Spice of Life/French Spice pattern produced from 1972-1987. It measures 8-1/2" x 10-1/4" across at the handles x 2" tall, rising to 4" tall when lidded. Casserole front and back have an attractive and colorful vegetable pattern in shades of red, yellow, brown, and green, underneath which is “L’Echalote.” The casserole is marked “CorningWare” on the underside of one of its handles and “A-8-B 1.4 Liter” on the underside of the other. Lid is marked “Pyrex ® A-9-0" on one edge and “37" on the opposite edge. Both pieces are in perfect condition with no nicks, chips, or cracks. Spice of Life 1-1/2 qt casserole
 This is a 1-1/2 Qt. casserole in Corning Ware’s popular Spice of Life/French Spice pattern produced from 1972-1987. Front and back panels feature a medley of colorful vegetables and leaves with “Le Persil La Sauge” underneath. Measures 7" x 8-5/8" across at the wide lug handles x 2-3/4" high. Under side of one handle is stamped “Corning Ware, A-1 1/2-B, 1 1/2 Quart, Range - Oven - Microwave, Corning, N.Y. USA , 279 MA.” We have two of these casseroles and price is for each. Spice of Life 1 qt casserole
 This 1-quart Spice of Life/French Spice casserole has a slightly different medley of colorful vegetables on its front and back panels than the larger casserole listed immediately above, and this one says “L’Echalote” underneath. We have three of these casseroles and price is for each. All are in perfect condition with no nicks, chips, cracks, scratches, or scuffing. Two are stamped “Corning Ware, A-1-B, 1 QT, Range - Oven - Microwave, Corning, NY, U.S.A.” on the underside of one handle. The other casserole was originally stamped on the bottom, but the stamp has faded almost completely away. In just the right light you can see “Corning Ware” and “1 Quart,” and I think the number is “A-1-B,” but I wouldn’t swear to it. (Click on picture for more images.) Tell a friend.

Spice of Life 6-1/2” lidded skillet
 This attractive small Spice of Life/French Spice skillet is 5-1/2" in diameter at its base, 6-7/8" in diameter at its mouth, and measures 10-3/8" across at its handle. It stands just over 1-1/2" high, rising to 3" high when lidded. Front and back have colorful vegetables and leaves with “Le Persil” underneath. Bottom is stamped “Corning Ware, 6-1/2 Inch, Range - Oven - Microwave, Corning, NY, USA” The round lid’s rim is marked “Pyrex ® P 83 C” on one side. Spice of Life 6-1/2” skillet
 This is another small Spice of Life/French Spice skillet that is virtually identical to the one listed immediately above, but this one is lidless and carries different numbers on its bottom. It, too, is 5-1/2" in diameter at its base, 6-7/8" in diameter at its mouth, and measures 10-3/8" across at its handle. It stands just over 1-1/2" high. Front and back have colorful vegetables and leaves with “Le Persil” underneath. Bottom is stamped “Corning Ware, P-83-B, 6-1/2 Inch, Range - Oven - Microwave, Corning, NY, USA 478 MA.” It looks like it’s never been used. No nicks, chips, cracks, or scratching, and only the tiniest bit of scuffing on the interior rim. (Click on picture for more images.) Tell a friend.

Spice of Life baking dish
 This Spice of Life rectangular baking dish also makes an attractive serving dish as well. Front and back panels have a colorful vegetable medley with “L’Echalote” underneath. Measures 8-3/8" across at its wide “handles.” Bottom has four knob feet and is stamped “Corning Ware, MC-1-B, 7 x 5-1/2 x 2 Inch, For oven and microwave, Corning, NY, USA 179 MA.” Great vintage condition with no nicks, chips, cracks, or scratches, but a little scuffing at the rim. Spice of Life 2-quart loaf pan
 This Spice of Life loaf pan is the large 2-quart size, not the smaller 1-quart size. Its dimensions are 5-1/4" x 10-7/8" across at its wide handles (so easy for carrying, even when using potholders) x 3-1/4" tall. The two long sides feature the colorful medley of vegetables and leaves, under which is “La Marjolaine.” Bottom is marked “P-315-B, 9x5x3, Corning Ware, For range and microwave, USA.” We have two of these large loaf pans and price is for each.  This is a Corning Ware 750 ml saucepan in the discontinued Spice of Life pattern. It stands 2-1/2" tall with diameters of 5-7/8" at the top and 4-1/2" at the base. Measures 9-1/2" across at the handle. Front and back have an attractive and colorful vegetable pattern in shades of red, yellow, brown, and green, underneath which is “Le Persil.” Bottom is marked “Corning Ware, P-82-B, 750 mL.” Excellent condition with no nicks, chips, or cracks, but some usage scuffing on the base ring.  This Spice of Life 1-1/2 pint sauce pan stands 2-1/2" tall. Its mouth is just shy of 6" in diameter and it measures 9-3/8" across at its handle. Front and back have the colorful vegetable medley and say “La Marjolaine” underneath. Bottom is stamped “Corning Ware, P-82-B, 1-1/2 Pt., Made in U.S.A., For range & microwave.” Perfect condition with no nicks, chips, cracks, or scratching and still shiny inside and out.
