Bones the Spaniel

This is Bones, all sprawled out and ready to take a nap after a hard day of play. He was born January 18, 1994, and his poem reads:

Bones is a dog that loves to chew
Chairs and tables and a smelly old shoe.
“You’re so destructive” all would shout
That stopped when his teeth fell out!

Surely that poem refers to his sharp little puppy teeth falling out, because Bones doesn’t look at all unhappy. He’s a beige spaniel with brown ears and tail, and his eyes and nose are jet black. His tags identify him as one of The Beanie Babies Collection by Ty, Inc. Bones was retired on May 1, 1998. He’s surface washable and for children age 3 and up. Perfect condition with no rips, tears, or smudges. (Click on picture for more images.) Tell a friend.

(According to Wikipedia, Teenie Beanie Babies were an offshoot of the Beanie Babies line and specially produced for McDonalds Happy Meal promotions.) Puppy Bones is surface washable and for children age 3 and up. Perfect condition with no rips, tears, or smudges. Perfect condition with no rips, tears, or smudges. Weenie the Dachshund

This is Weenie, whose breeder sure didn’t have much of an imagination to give him that oh-so-obvious name! He was born July 20, 1995, and his poem reads:

Weenie the dog is quite a sight,
Long of body and short of height.
He perches himself high on a log
And considers himself to be top dog!

Well, at least they got the Dachshund personality right! Weenie is a brown Dachshund with black eyes and nose. His tags identify him as one of The Beanie Babies Collection by Ty, Inc. Weenie was retired on May 1, 1998. He’s surface washable and for children age 3 and up. Perfect condition with no rips, tears, or smudges. (Click on picture for more images.) Tell a friend.

This little dog is named Wrinkles.
His nose is soft and often crinkles.
Likes to climb up on your lap,
He’s a cherry sort of chap!

Wrinkles is beige with white markings on his face, ears, and neck and a completely white tummy. His tags identify him as one of The Beanie Babies Collection by Ty, Inc. They’ve always said he’s a Bulldog, but I think they don’t know a Shar Pei when they see one! Wrinkles was retired on September 22, 1998. He’s surface washable and for children age 3 and up. Bernie the St. Bernard

This is Bernie the St. Bernard who’s all tuckered out after a long day training to be a rescue dog. It’s really tough sloughing through all that snow when you’re still just a little guy! He was born October 3, 1996, and his poem reads:

This little dog can’t wait to grow
To rescue people lost in the snow
Don’t let him out – keep him on your shelf

But don’t worry, he’ll do just fine after a little more training. He has a coat of tan and white, with black patches around his eyes and dark brown ears. His eyes and nose are black. His tags identify him as one of The Beanie Babies Collection by Ty, Inc. Bernie was retired on September 22, 1998. He’s surface washable and for children age 3 and up. This dog is little but he has might
Keep him close when you sleep at night
He lays around with nothing to do
Until he sees it’s time to protect you.

But watch him closely, he has no fears
He’ll run so fast, he’ll trip over his ears!
